Application for scholarship and/or reimbursement of language test

This e-form application for scholarship or reimbursement of first YKI language test can be filled in by tuition fee-paying students, who are currently registered as present.

Bachelor students can be awarded with a scholarship two times during their studies (A2 level and B1 level), based on their level of Finnish language and provided that their progress fulfills 60 ECTS credits per academic year at HAMK. Note that transferring students might not be able to fulfill this criteria. The Finnish language skills are evaluated by test results.

Master's degree students can be awarded with one scholarship at the end of their studies, based on their level of Finnish language and provided that their studies progress with 45 ECTS credits per academic year at HAMK. The Finnish language skills are evaluated by language test results.

When calculating the credits for scholarship, only the ones passed during the study period in HAMK will be taken into consideration. Earlier credits from another institute are not valid and not being taken into account (for example Recognition of prior learning, RPL).
